positive review  I have been doing some type of exercise my whole life ...I’m 60+ now and I truly believe you must keep moving to feel good ! Over the last year the typical “gym” routine (4 days a week) was not giving me any results ! I started researching Pilates studios in Uptown area and found many... I was not looking for private lessons BUT small group ...NOT the big typical studios where they play loud music and scream out commands (not for me). After visiting several studios I found the perfect place and the perfect instructor. Mindful Movement Pilates Studio and Kylene Law ...
After only 6 weeks and going to 2 sessions a week I look better and feel better. Kylene will be tough but patient .....encouraging but push you.....if one movement is hard she will find another till it’s NOT!

After just a few classes I felt an amazing difference in an overall affect. I recommend this to anyone searching for the best way to re engage your whole body for strength and health.
